Skids "He's Got A Bow!" O'Toole - A Level 0 and Upgrade Guide

This is an edited Level 0 version of a Skids deck I uploaded recently. It is intended to go through a campaign and needs only 6 XP more to truly function. I have included In the Thick of It (distribute the trauma as you see fit) to be able to take Ornate Bow, which is essential for this build. Please see the previous deck, but to surmise; the idea of the deck is to use Underworld Support and use Parallel Skids' deck building to make a 20-card deck, which you will search for your Bow and Crystallizer of Dreams. I have added my own recommended upgrade path as well as luxury upgrades for any spare XP to this version, which I will explain below.

The Essentials

Your first XP should be spent on upgrading Backpack to Backpack to be able to find your Ornate Bow, Crystalliser and Fox Mask even more easily. After that, you can either upgrade Leo De Luca to Leo De Luca (2) for the cheaper resource cost or buy Charisma and Cat Burglar (replacing Hard Knocks). Both upgrades are really beneficial, as Leo is very useful to reload your Bow, and the Cat is good for the static boost and the free Elusive every turn for if things get hairy.

Luxury Upgrades

After purchasing everything from above, I have included some other options for spare XP. All In can be a good replacement skill if you have XP to burn and want some more card draw to replace either "Watch this!" or Unexpected Courage as you see fit. You can also upgrade Emergency Cache to either version depending on whether you want more resources or more card draw. Lucky! (2) is also good for card draw. Slip Away (2) is also good for even better evade shenanigans, and Sneak Attack (2) is a good testless damage source when needed.
