Deck concept: A reliable action-generation Tony for fighting. Should only be played in a group that can find clues without him.

Mulligan hand aggressively for, Switchblade (most important), Backpack, Leo De Luca and Haste. Backpack is also particularly good to find Lucky Cigarette Case. Switchblade is your consistent damage, Tony's .38 Long Colt is your finisher to replenish bounties.

Combo Haste + Borrowed Time: Whenever Tony doesn't have a fight in his hands, you should use 2x actions to place 2 resources on Borrowed Time, then Exhaust Haste for an extra borrowed time resource for free. Next turn you have 3 free actions. With 6 total actions + 1 free fighting action from Tony if enemy has bounty, + 1 free action from haste and +1 from Leo de Luca, you should have an easy time cleaning enemy up.

If economy is an issue, do 2x resource action for an extra bonus on haste activation. 2 actions = 3 resources.

Ace in the Hole is a complete overkill, I put it in for the meme, you can use it for bosses or boasting for having an 12-actions turn :)
