Hey, there, deck looks pretty solid, though I can offer some tips with regards to being a multiplayer or solo deck.
Cards like "Let me handle this!", First Watch, Heroic Rescue, and Taunt will only be useful in a multiplayer game. But they are great cards, especially for Zoey. So in short, you look ready for multiplayer for sure.
If you're wanting to go solo though, those cards won't do you much good. And in that case, I'd say replace them with your usual Evidence!, Scene of the Crime type stuff for clues. That alone won't be enough though. In fact, Zoey is, in my opinion, one of the most difficult investigators to be creative with when you take her solo because you really have to dedicate a decent chunk of her 5 special cards to cluing just to beat scenarios.
For solo, I'd recommend replacing a Lucky! with Rite of Seeking or maybe Newspaper. I might suggest replacing one or more Sleight of Hands for Stunning Blow; and at that point, ditch both Manual Dexteritys for Vicious Blow. Zoey combined with Beat Cop will make her a 5 which combined with one of those skills is a 6. That should be enough to kill a weaker enemy or knock around a high health enemy (like Conglomeration of Spheres) as needed. You can also use Handcuffs for human enemies. Evading with Zoey is really helpful, but I don't think Manual Dex is going to pull it's weight for you.
As for other stuff, your ally selection and weapon choice all looks pretty sound to me. Liquid Courage is excellent with Zoey; it saved me numerous times during a solo Dunwich campaign.
You also have a really cheap deck so I'd highly recommend one or more Backpacks. It'd be good to thin up the deck a little but especially to help you get that that Cross in play ASAP.
