Ladies and Gentlemen, please give a warm welcome to our latest act, give it up for Tommy and the Meatshiellllllds!!!!!
This setup aims to be taking all of the hits...or rather, his trusty meatshields are there to soak damage for the team. The use of Solemn Vow lets Tommy's teammates assign damage to his own assets, allowing him to charge up Becky and start dispensing some street justice.
While he doesn't excel at clue gathering "Look what I found!" and Scene of the Crime allow him to save the day by quickly Running to another location to collect that final clue you need to advance.
You might guess from the assets that it all revolves around Becky, to help with this we have Prepared for the Worst to bring it into play, Tetsuo Mori if she's somehow discarded and Scavenging if you are in a really tough spot.
Further into the campaign it is worthwhile picking up an upgraded Bandolier to allow Tommy to bring some Heavy Artillery for tougher fights or if you're campaign requires roomclearing, something that with which one can Werf Flammen may also be useful.
Safeguard is important in campaigns that involve a lot of back and forth and moving around a la Dreameaters/Forgotten Age, this lets you stick close to your squishy friends and keep them alive without the need to burn turns on moving between locations.
The Red-Gloved Man is another useful card I've seen mentioned in other builds, while he's in play you can investigate till your heart's content while he suffers all the pain from attacks of opportunity, all the while you smile as bullets magically appear in your trusty Lever-Action Beauty.
Currently playing Carolyn Fern and noticed that The Red-Gloved Man is perfect to tank Blood Eclipse (boosting and ) and then die to some Solemn Vows.
