Blessy Slaymaras
I'll be doing a blind 2p run of The Circle Undone and will be taking this deck for a spin. The main focuses are getting lots of value from Down the Rabbit Hole and blesses.
We start with In the Thick of It as that gives us extra value because we can avoid the penalty from Down the Rabbit Hole later on for Alter Fate.
Upgrades
We have a lot of candidates for Down the Rabbit Hole so we can upgrade depending on what we need:
First upgrades
Alter Fate is probably the easiest upgrade. Cheaper and fast!
Blessed Blade we'll want this upgrade sooner rather than later, more damage and more blesses!
Next up we can adjust based off of what we need:
Cheaper deck
The starting deck is a bit expensive so we can lower the cost a bit
More damage
Beat Cop this is a great upgrade once we've got some of the other resource costs down & can reliably play Beat Cop
More healing
Survival Knife we can kill enemies before they hit us now! Works best if we have Occult Reliquary already so we can do 2x Blessed Blade and Survival Knife
The Key of Solomon you can instead get this to replace the Hallowed Mirror which will be more powerful but cost more to get.
More utility
Safeguard good for keeping up with your seeker on those bigger maps
Evidence! optional but nice to have for stronger clue flexing
Other upgrades
We have a few upgrades that we'll have to eat the penalty for Down the Rabbit Hole:
Ancient Covenant this will be 3 XP but it's going to be something we want to get early on
Occult Reliquary this gets us more flexibility with our weapons and our accessory slot
Favor of the Sun Once you have Ancient Covenant you can ditch Beloved for another favor of the sun
Charisma this is just extra if you have extra XP
