This is the status of my Mark Harrigan deck after completing the scenario A Phantom of Truth in the Path to Carcosa campaign. Every scenario has been played with Daisy Walker, Sefina Rousseau, and Agnes Baker. Mark currently has 1 physical trauma (from being eliminated in the scenario The Unspeakable Oath) and 1 mental trauma (from the last scenario played), and all available XP have been spent.
I've designed my deck to heavily utilize Sophie. I call it a "heal and deal" deck. Mark can only take 4 damage before being seriously handicapped, and he only has 5 sanity. Therefore, I've focused heavily on healing myself and my fellow investigators, spending a significant amount of XP on two First Aid. Also, the Stick to the Plan and Ever Vigilant combo is great for quickly setting up your play area. On the Hunt came out after we started this campaign, so I'm slowly using XP to replace "Let me handle this!" with it.
I've received two criticisms of this deck in the past: 1) Some think there are too many weapons, and at this point I agree. I plan to spend XP to eventually replace some of them with Brother Xavier, a Shotgun or two, "Eat lead!", and Extra Ammunition. 2) Some favor Elusive over Shortcut. For this campaign, Shortcut has been far more effective because I'm usually trying to get Mark to locations were there are monsters.
Also, some people don't like Dynamite Blast, but it has come in handy twice this campaign.
