One of my favorite decks I've played. At its core, it's a dark horse Agnes deck that takes advantage of the cost reduction bit of her alternate front text. Also, with dark horse, Agnes is surprisingly efficient at evading, and with her signature she's never lacking cards.
Upgrades:
Ethereal Slip -> Shining Trapezohedron
Get the Shining Trapezohedron as soon as possible. Don't worry so much about not taking rosary, Dark Horse is gonna get your brain up to six already, and, once you're set up, Uncage the Soul commits for two will for the stickiest of situations.
This deck doesn't want resources anyway, just cards. Also, Unrelenting has some neat synergy with Azure Flame.
Wither isn't very good in this deck, but it costs the same as Enchanted Bow and both are kinda infinite. The downside of the bow exhausting is mitigated a bit in this deck. Mostly, you'll end up fighting with Spectral Razor and Storm of Spirits or evading.
After those, the deck's pretty much swinging. Really, the rest of the upgrades are mostly just more good stuff. Relic Hunter allows you to have a Shining Trapezohedron and your Heirloom of Hyperborea out at the same time which lets you play a spell for free(ish) then draw a card to replace it. Earthly Serenity helps you keep using Parallel Agnes's ability all game long. Sacrifice is flexible and lets you get rid of doomed initiates. Upgrade Azure Flame and Arcane Initiate because their upgrades make them better!
If you end up with more VP than I did (probably not hard, you could easily swap the Ethereal Slip for Delve Too Deep), I looked at the tarot The Fool • 0 a couple of times but ultimately didn't think it was worth the cost. Thinking about it now, I may even include Prophetic before going to tarot as, if you draw that late, it still commits well. Additionally, finding another cheap accessory such as a one-off of Cherished Keepsake or Bangle of Jinxes, might take better advantage of Relic Hunter but, I won't lie, just the promise of free spells that replace themselves was worth it even in the scenarios I didn't get everything in place.
