This deck leverages Underworld Support in some interesting ways with Sefina Rousseau. She has the largest opening hand that I know of, which takes away some of the swinginess of a highlander (there can be only one) deck, and the reduction in deck size increases the likelihood of drawing the cards you want. Her signature card The Painted World gets around another of the limitations of a highlander deck, allowing her to play a single event up to 4 times; the smaller deck size also increases the odds of drawing it (Original: 3/38 = 7.9%; Und Supp: 3/35 = 8.6%). Upgrading to Chuck Fergus would be a fun way to play this (thus the large number of trick/tactic events), but I was also thinking of going hard into tarot with Anna Kaslow and leveraging the aforementioned massive starting hand to try to draw tarot cards and get them in play ASAP. Haven't played this yet, just seems like some fun synergy.
In terms of core play, her statline suggests the use of spells and evasion for most actions, and Lockpicks will get her some great investigation actions.
I was a little worried about her health, which I'm trying to help with the inclusion of Robes of Endless Night and Trench Coat.
