This deck is heavily inspired by my previous "Irish Republican" deck. It is slightly different though - in terms of background as well as of gameplay. This deck is to be used in multiplayer and is aimed at handling enemies.

Background story

O'Toole is a former bank robber and went to prison. He is good-hearted and believes in something; he's not just a gangster.

O'Toole is a former member of the Irish Republican Army. Even though he was against the Free State and fought their soldiers for a time, he has left the old country now. He had to find a way of protecting his family, after his father's death at the hands of the Black & Tans. He had to find a way of paying for her mother's operation, and where else can you find easy money than in America?

He started with a short trip to Mexico, where he learnt a few tricks from former revolutionaries. There, he met an adventurer that he befriended. He was also given a ritualistic skull by an old Mexican who told him it was going to help him in his adventures to come. The old man also told him that he would send him an ancestral bow once he got his hands back on it.

It didn't take long to O'Toole to understand how things work down on the East Coast. We all know the story; he became a bank robber, was arrested, imprisoned and became friends with Brad Hollins. His mother died while he was in prison but after Brad bursted into flames, he got a new purpose: understanding what happened to him, what is beyond the veil. He still knows how to use dynamite and still has his trusty Thompson, of course, his legacy as a former IRA member.

Playstyle

In a way, it is easier to play than the earlier version, since you have a specific job: kill and manage enemies. There is a lot of money in this deck, but money is necessary to make Skids run (I mean that literally)

Dynamite Blast works well with On the Lam and Elusive, but of course that's when you are cornered, because if you use it on a location where you are not, then you don't reap the rewards of the Decorated Skull.

Get the Ornate Bow as soon as possible to turn in a killing revolutionary; it works great with the Venturer, Quick Thinking and Skids' ability - maybe the old IRA would have won back in the 1930s if Skids had returned to the old country with that weapon.

In order to make the deck more efficient in clue-finding, I'd probably advise replacing Dynamite Blast and Elusive with Streetwise and Emergency Cache or something.
