Simple, you have a lot of Action Economy to abuse of Quick Learner's bonus. I know I know... ou can have Borrowed Time and Haste to get even more actions but I dont have Borrowed Time anyways... Also Included Premonition to allways know what chaos token gonna draw. Any Ideas?
