Wendy Adams' Resourceful Discard

Collection limited to Dream-Eaters, Hemlock Vale, and Drowning City.

Goal with this build was to play off of Wendy's discard effect and event in discard synergy. This durch generally wants to evade monsters rather than fight, but can had some ways to do damage as well to help out with her team mate when necessary. Might change this to remove the damage if I find it interferes with Roland's consistency regarding finishing off monsters.
