Roland on Expert (see Agnes on Expert)

This deck is meant for Expert difficulty Night of the Zealot. The premise is to avoid investigations and attack only when necessary. See Agnes on Expert deck for details.

Art Student, Evidence, Working a Hunch are all ways of cheating clues from high shrouds and locked doors. Roland himself is chosen to cheat a few more. In NotZ, you usually need 5 clues per investigator, which means on average 2 monster kills and 3 auto clues.

Guard dog, heroic rescue, dynamite blast are there for cheating in damage onto enemies. .45, Machete, .38 and Prepared for the Worst are there for real fights that need the Overpower/Reckless Assault/Vicious Blows.

For example, The Ghoul Priest at 4 attack, gives Roland something like two hits at +6 (discarding spare weapons on top of that stuff). Those two attacks with VB are key to ending him quickly.
