This deck uses Bestow Resolve in conjunction with the desperate skill cards (Run For Your Life, Desperate Search, Reckless Assault, and Say Your Prayers) to get 4x to any skill.
Later, Key of Ys will power Occult Theory & Defensive Stance for 10x to any skill.
This utilizes Sled Dog for health soak, movement to reach allies, and big attacks. Motivational Speech gets a free dog or helps an ally, and Trusted keeps them alive longer.
Runic Axe is good for enemy removal offering +5 and 2 damage for the early game. It can get two charges from Winds of Power in a pinch. However, it can be any weapon +1 damage weapon you want. Sledgehammer, Machete, The Hungering Blade are all good substitutions.
To become desperate (3 sanity or less) take In the Thick of It plus 1 sanity from any other source.
