This is a fairly standard Jacqueline Fine / Sign Magic build based in part on this guide: https://arkhamdb.com/decklist/view/32578/jacqueline-chaos-magick-deck-guide-1.0
The main departure is leaning hard into the combination of both Down the Rabbit Hole and 2x Arcane Studies to accumulate massive amounts of bonus XP while upgrading almost every card in your deck.
