Just gonna mess with the Necronomicon and bounce and play it as much as possible :D

Playing Excelsior Hotel: I had a bad mulligan and didn't draw the Dream Diary or a Research Librarian - these are the cards you need to hard mulligan for. Once I had the Dream Diary you can just do 1 good investigate per turn for 2 clues, and spend the other two actions moving about and getting setup.

Classically, as Rex, I drew the autofail a bunch and the curse of Rex rubbed off on everyone else too. We lost. Hard.

One also imagines that Rex should not be allowed fine clothes, since he will just get soup spilled on them 10 minutes after walking into any place.

@LivefromBenefitStI plan to replace allies pretty often in order to get the tomes into hand and to bounce them with docent, so didn't think it was worth the X. Although if I did want to add it, could definitely drop the upgraded perceptions.
