This is my first attempt at a "Ashcan" Pete with a Guardian secondary class for a 4 player "Path to Carcosa" campaign. This deck is focused sending cards which can be played from the discard pile to the discard pile to activate Pete's ability along with a Dark Horse/Madame Labranche strategy.
