Rex 1 Core + Dunwich box - solo

Being new to the game and currently owning 1 Core Box and only one Deluxe Expansion (Dunwich Legacy), I was trying to come up with solid decks for solo play with different investigators. I draw inspiration from another published deck and had to adapt it since I still don't own the rest of the cycle. It's my modest attempt at creating a deck. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
