Eugene Peel stumbles through the portal and back onto the streets of Arkham. He stands on shaking legs, and attempts to run, but you grab him before he can get far. You're not about to let this goon get away after chasing him across worlds. He struggles at first, but soon recognizes his schemes have come to an end, and it's time for him to face the music.
