You've met some resistance so far, and it would've been wise to turn back, but you can't put aside the feeling that if you don't get to the bottom of this, then Julia Stern will only have been the first victim of whatever is going on.

The factory proves more difficult to navigate, and the cult's activities better hidden, than you had expected. It seems like you spend hours inside the factory, but every place you search and every document you read only deepens the mystery, or leads you astray. To make matters worse, the cult has been dogging your heels this entire time, and it would seem that they are only growing in number. You decide to try for the exit, but are soon overwhelmed by robed acolytes, grappling your arms, removing your weapons, and dragging you into the tunnels below the facility.
